We had a pen stain on our couch. They said we were supposed to register the warranty with a 3rd party called Guardian in order to register our product. Also, since we moved out of state, our warranty is no longer valid! I was never informed I needed to call an outside warranty company to register my product!

A cuddler on the end of my sectional is sagging after only a few months. They have offered to replace the cushion padding there is one on order but it's taking months to get here. I don't think it will help bad design cuddler needs replaced. I wish the manufacturer of the couch would stand behind their product.
