We have purchased our last piece of furniture at Levin. It just starts to fall apart around the second year of ownership with normal wear.

Wood chips, leather cracks, peels and separates right from the cushions and corners. Seams come loose. Sales rep sold us on the warranty, but when you attempt to use the warranty (for us second year) they don’t t cover the fact that their furniture is just falling apart! Only very special situations-seriously!

What the reps in the warranty office say is not the same as the sales person! Don’t get bait and switched like we did.

Right. Extended "warranties" are rarely worth the paper upon which they are printed.
