I bought a grand legacy in 2013 forgot it had a warranty. Ive been sleeping on the floor because the springs or coils are broken the pillowtop part of the bed looks new except when we get in bed it turns into a huge hole.

The warranty company said because nothing is wrong with the pillow part they willnt replace it. The springs are trying to poke out the sides. We have been sleeping on the floor because we just don't have $2000 to go buy a new bed.

I have contacted the Bbb of Pittsburgh and still can't get a resolution. I'm in the process of furnishing 3 homes and I will not purchase any of the furniture at Levin's. Your loss not mine!
