I wil never by a mattress from Levin again, or any furniture either. We purchased a grand legacy mattress November 2017.

When we tested it at the store it felt so plush and soft so we purchased it. Well needless to say it was so hard and we were in pain when we woke up. Went back to the store to complain around 20 days in and Levin said we had to wait till we had the mattress 30 days. He said it needs to break in, to give it time.

So we figured ok we'll see. We ended up going pass the 120 days and after that our backs got worse, my wife has trouble walking when she gets up. They will not exchange it now and were stuck with a piece of crap mattress. I will go to Costco or another place next time that will give us a better return policy They suggested getting a pad to make it softer but after spending almost $2000.00 we feel we should not have to spend more money.

I feel a company like levin should have a better policy and make their customers happy.

We are miserable with this *** mattress. Don't shop at levin!
