I bought two leather recliners on December 2016. When they delivered them, I knew THEY WERE NOT WHAT I PAID FOR.

I CALLED THE STORE immediately to let them know that I wasn't happy with them.They were extremely RUDE and told me i would have to PAY FOR THE PICK UP. I WAS AND STILL AM DISGUSTED IN THEIR ATTITUDE. THEY WANTED TO SEND A SERVICE MAN TO MY HOME AND REMOVE SOME OF THE STUFFING FROM THE CHAIRS.HOW IN THE WORLD CAN YOU REMOVE STUFFING FROM LEATHER CHAIRS. THIS COMPANY IS SELLS JUNK AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I GAVE TWO NEW CHAIRS AWAY TO A FRIEND. PLEASE BUYER'S BEWARE.
