Levin Furniture - Recliner Review from Youngstown, Ohio
Well the store is at least nice. The customer service is sending a tech out to look at it.
I'm just very upset as I spent real money on this and it happened within 10 mths and seems to be a common occurrence amongst the non USA made Flexsteel from what I read. I hope they fix this and repeat problems as others experience I don't.
Hello, my wife and I spent several thousand dollars on a 3 piece flex steel couch and a single flex steel recliner. The single is working great but my seat on the couch is broken.
It leans all the way to the right to the point of me falling over. I was told this was a quality product when we spent several thousand dollars that day. This is worse quality than my parents $500 recliner. It has not been a year yet and I expect a full repair and all labor and shipping paid for under the policy of under one year limited warranty policy as this is NOT a clearance item.
I am beyond upset and am going to contact the BBB if this is not remedied in a timely manner. Please give me a call tomorrow and let me know when this will be fixed or when we will receive a full refund to buy an actual quality product. I am very upset after spending thousands of dollars on a piece of crap which breaks in under a year??? Adding insult to injury I emailed info@***.com
and was told it went to their spam folder.
We purchased this at the Oakwood OH store. Please Help.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Location: Youngstown, Ohio
