They hand you a bill and two sheets of paper with terms and conditions, but they highlight one small section and tell you this is all that pertains to the mattresses and beds. They say you have 30 days to return the mattress with a restocking charge,if you purchase a comfort guarantee with $300 in mattress covers they give you 120 days to adjust to the new mattress or trade up, but then you take what you get.
The words return and reselect are actually just a reselect. They made it a point to say repeatedly you can return mattress, but not bases. Well you can reselect mattress not return. Not even if you purchase the expensive covers.
Then they proceed to tell you it is all over the front and back of the terms and conditions sheet you were given (only the highlighted portion pertains to you)!
Spent a lot of money in this store over the last couple of years. Maybe it is time to try Sheely's or someone that might not speak with such twisted words.
This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to issue a full refund as the author lost $5000. This person is overall dissatisfied with Levin Furniture and uploaded a picture. The most disappointing about mattress at Levin Furniture was and am very disappointed Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
